His progressive experience spans over 13 years (7 at managerial level) practiced in the services industry with a strong bias in Operations management, client experience management, business analytics, business and marketing strategy formulation and implementation.

He holds a Master of Commerce degree in Marketing Strategy, BCom (Hons) Marketing, Certificate in digital marketing, Diploma in Customer Experience Management and currently studying Executive Diploma in Business Management with African Leadership Institute.
